How-To Connect With an Audience:
Turning Creative Blocks into Creative Flow:
Cara approaches the vocalist in a holistic manner by encouraging presence and freedom throughout one’s whole structure: body, mind, and voice. She builds heavily upon the Bel Canto vocal singing method (Italian for: "Beautiful Singing") combined with an integrative Alexander Technique (body awareness method) approach. Cara focuses on releasing physical tension to allow the student's full vocal presence to shine. Cara collaborates with students to co-create learning environments filled with dialogue and discovery. She believes that every vocalist can re-align themselves with the joy of singing and that healthy, effortless singing is available to all.

After graduating Summa Cum Laude and obtaining her B.M. in vocal performance from Berklee College of Music in Boston, she moved to New York where she and her bands were selected to perform for a multitude of high-profile event clients including: Coco Chanel, GQ Magazine, and the NYC Viennese Opera Ball, among many others.
